This construction project is located in Gatineau’s Parc-de-la-Montagne district, close to the magnificent Gatineau Park. It’s within easy highway access of downtown Ottawa. This location is ideal for people working in Ontario and nature lovers alike.

Phase 1 of our project is currently under construction by a renowned contractor from the city of Gatineau.

Phase 2, scheduled for 2026, will see the addition of two buildings with 15 apartments each, designed to meet the needs of modern residents. These buildings will offer living spaces combining comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.
